〜Eggplant sauteed with JANG〜

*Eggplant 1pc(1cm round slice)
*garlic & ginger (Mince 1 clove of both)
*a pinch of salt
*JANG(1 tablespoon)
*Water100cc
*oil(2 tablespoon)
*leek & white sesame are toppings

1.cut vegetables
2.Oil and garlic and ginger in a pan
3.Add the eggplant, add salt and stir-fry
4.Add water and cover it with a lid. Cook it for 5-8 minutes over low-heat◎
5.Add JANG and mix it together
6.Plate it and top it with sesame and leeks
It is the most fun to make and eat by yourself★☆
